The Prosciuttificio Valsellustra is one of the biggest italian's ham producer located in middle north of Italy and surrounded by green hills, halfway between the castle of Fiagnano and the village of Pieve di S.Andrea, in the beautiful Val Sellustra of Emilia Romagna region.
